Large fiber download speed issues

Hi,

It's been about a month that we noticed a significant decrease in our download speed - without changing anything to the setup or touching the paramaters of the router (HG635).

We are at a constant 10517 kbits/s DLR instead of 75k + before. The ULR is unnaffected at 20000kbit/s.

I've noticed the downstream noise safety coefficient is at 20.6 dB and used to be way lower than that. Could it be related?

Full line quality status:

Upstream line rate (kbit/s): 20000
Downstream line rate (kbit/s): 10517
Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 10.6
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 20.6
Upstream interleave depth: 0
Downstream interleave depth: 0
Line standard: VDSL
Upstream line attenuation (dB): 25.4
Downstream line attenuation (dB): 10.2
Upstream output power (dBm): 4.9
Downstream output power (dBm): 4.9
Downstream interleave depth: None
DSL up-time: 0 days 19 hours 51 minutes 16 second

I have rebooted my router once last week but nothing more, as I have read on similar topics that it useless for this kind of issues.

Any chance this could be investigated? The slowness is having quite a negative impact of our everyday use of the service...

Thanks in advance!
