read in a Compuer magazine that BT are going to roll out High speed Broadband in Gillingham in Kent

Is TalkTalk going to benefit from BT's roll out of this 330 Mbs Broadband? Or, will it be only BT customers.  If TalkTalk is on LLU in the local exchanges will it be included?

They say 25000 hiomes in the Medway/Gillingham Towns will all get access.
