Hi, sorry to hijack this thread but I cannot seem to ask a question,it keeps going back to my profile page. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I have had talktalk fibre medium for around a year now, I moved home unexpectedly 9 months ago and had it installed here, I was leasantly surprised to check my speed and was getting at the very least 35 mps download speed. I have not checked for some months now, and when I did I found I now get a maximum of 25 mps or so. I have not altered any settings, dont know how to and all my equipment is the same as before, Can you please restore me to the higher download speed again.
I am not a techie so it is no use telling me to take r4eadings etc as I would not understand. I have filled in my profile wth my numbers etc, hope you can help me asap
