Hello new friends. I signed up for new Fibre broadband at the end of April, had the welcome pack on Friday, and recieved my router in the mail today. My go live date is 13th may (friday)
But I still can't find my username/password that I will use to log into the talktalk service with. The only hint of a user account I have seen is my phone number@talktalk.co.uk which I recieved on a piece of paper in my welcome pack. but still no password
Will it be the same user/pass I use to log into the my account section on the website, or another series of details? or something I set up/recieve on the day?
Another interesting point to make is I did not recieve a confirmation email for my order at the end of last month, and still haven't recieved anything digitally from talktalk at all. but everything is getting to my house, etc.
