I called TalkTalk customer serviceds this morning as my Down speed had dropped from 23.6 mbps to just over 15mbps
ThIs afternoon it has dropped even further to 14.28 mbps and my Up speed to 0.75 mbps.
The girl I spoke to did line checks and said my line was definately at fault.
She also said that a BT OPENREACH Engineer would be in touch within the hour and that she would put my details on file.
I have still heard nothing from BT.
This is the third time I have had this problem within my contract.
If the isssue is not resolved promptly I shall be cancelling my contract (which ends in July) and switching to BT Infinity 1 Unlimited.
