Secure Connection failure

Dear all / talktalk support 

Sorry for the multiple topics but I am experiencing some internet browse issues. Example, I am not able to browse talktalk website (or any other secure connections) via my talktalk internet connection.

I checked the home safe setting (no kid protection) & using HG633 router.

If I take the same laptop to another house (different ISP) which I can browse talktalk page.

Please help or give me some ideas.
