When I called up to see about better internet and tv packages talk talk was the best one in our area. We were told included in the package was a Wi-fi booster which I’m presuming is an extender to plug in upstairs. We are due to go live on (9th so in 10minutes) so just set up everything up and noticed there was no Wi-fi extender?
any help would be appreciated as this was the big selling point of our package
