Can you clarify whether I can return to Talk Talk for Fibre Broadband and phone? Your fibre availabilty checker is suggesting that I can't transfer my line back again. Here's some background:
- I was previously a Talk Talk customer with TV, Broadband and Phone - including Fibre Medium
- I still have BTOR fibre and line, but through a different service provider. (BT).
- Your online fibre avalability checker seems to allow me to order a new phone line with fibre broadband.
- But... if I say I want to transfer my existing line (the one that was previously a Talk Talk line with Fibre), the Fibre broadband check says "Please check the information you entered is correct and try again."
- If I say I want to transfer my existing number to Simply Broadband (no fibre) it says "We're sorry, our checks show that the address you have entered is outside of our network."
What's confusing is that you seem to be happy to install a new line, but not take over my existing line from BT. Is there a technical reason for this? Or is it because I was previously a Talk Talk customer? Or something else?
Thanks
