Since we had "fiber" in january, the speed is a little bit shocking. We upgraded from ADSL so expected a bit more to be honest.
We find it IMPOSSIBLE to stream HD, and even if we stream SD if someone else even thinks about using the internet, we get horendous buffering issues.
Is there a way you can make this "fiber" work better? Maybe a better profile or something please?
Because as it stands, we wont be with you for long, and will go to someone who can offer us TRUE fiber speeds and performance.
Please try and rectify this if there is a way.
