Need upgrade of firmwear to HG633 router to enable VPN. Have seen many threads were people have had this resolved within the talktalk community. I was being assited by OCE Debbie but after asking me to reset router and update profile with personal details the support ended. The contact centre cannot help so If the test firmwear provided by the talktalk products team v1.16t cannot be added to my HG633 router then I will have to leave talktalk and return to Sky or choose another service provider who hasnt this issue. Cant belive this has been a problem for many customers and by now it is not set up easy enough to help customers.
