Wifi issues.

Hi all how to I get the latest firmware for the HG533 router. It's showing v1.13 but it says on the website latest version is v1.20. It's just lately the WiFi has been dropping out very badly. Anything wired runs ok but wireless device keep dropping out. I have changed the channel number to 6 but still doesn't seem to help.
