Was just told this by the fault manager. Was it a joke? Does anybody at TalkTalk Know what packet loss is? I keep having to spell it out over the phone. Since I joined 6 months ago online gaming has been unplayable. I have spent 2 months trying to sort it out, and now they want to test my router again (this is the second one). I have had countless line tests. It has been escalated here and there, I have spent hours on the phone, been lied to and hung up on. I am so frustrated.
