i have previously posted regarding problems with speed and been given what I would call "excuses" for reduction in download speed. A month ago I reported sync reduction to 14.99 mobs but in the last week the sync speed has reduced again to 11.39mbs.
it is less than 12 months ago I took out FTTC and YouView package which started with a sync speed of 23mbs which reduced in the first month to 20mbs.
to be now getting speeds that are less than 50% of that originally received is simply not acceptable.
will someone from Talktalk staff, with know how, look at this situation and advise as I do not intend continuing to go on supporting such poor service.
I am able to supply speed checks from day 1 until today showing how and when speed reductions have taken place.
