Very Poor Fibre Speed

Hello guys.

I have been using Fibre since TalkTalk rolled it out in my area, I was getting almost 60Mbps but now more or less 40Mbps.

But for the last few days i have been in internet hell.

I am connected via ethernet cable to the router, the router is a HG633.
