I'm not sure what's gone wrong but just in the past 24 hours my fibre broadband connection has gone very slow and the connection keeps cutting out. I've had no issues with it up until now. When I've checked the status it says talktalk connected limited in the status bar. I've tried rebooting the rooter and changing the filters, but this has not helped. Can you look into it and see if there's an issue with my line or if it's something else as this has never happened since I joined TalkTalk Fibre.
Also I used to get 20MB but the connection speed seems to have slowed to 18MB, so if there's anything you can do to boost my speed? The is obviously my second priority, the main thing is getting me back my stable connection.
