Hi,
I've checked my postcode on Uswitch and TalkTalk comes up as one of the providers that supply fibre broadband in my area. I'm already a TalkTalk customer, but when I go to upgrade / check avaliablity, I'm given an error message saying "Please check the information is correct."
I've tried this multiple times now and my postcode is definately correct etc but I can't find out anywhere if fibre is actually avaliable. I also can't afford to call TalkTalk and I like to stay away from their very unhelpful customer service call center unless I absolutely have to.
