Help with my Fibre Broadband

Hi,

Over the past few weeks I've had problems with my broadband, resulting in my son not being able to use his Xbox etc and paying extra for the proclaimed "faster speeds and more reliable broadband" and still having issues with its reliability is really starting to bug me. I do all the simple things of rebooting etc but I've noticed from testing that at times there is a quite high packet loss percentage which is obviously causing the online gaming issue etc.

I hope someone can look into this for me
