VPN Issue and Line on Cooper instead of Fiber

My super fibre broadband was installed yesterday and since then it had a few drops and was not as fast as the guaranteed 60Mb minimum but it has only been a day so I left it to settle down first,

This Morning I stayed working from home, and found another problem that I never had before,

2 laptops, 1 connected through cable, 1 though wireless, both connected to the same router all working fine including any internet searches/pages, once I connect them to Cisto anyconnect mobile client VPN the one connected through cable works fine all pages working, BRILLIANT, the one connected through wireless can connect and access the VPN but the "network status" appears either identifiyng network or "network 2" insted of the company name and none of the internet pages open,

Clearly a router / wireless setting problem, right ?? can someone help / provide this info so I can work through wireless ??

also my fibre broadband is still going through cooper instead of fibre, can someone deal/resolve with this ??

like this was not enough according to the person I spoke this are the statments that she said

-I have to contact my VPN company Cisto

-talktalk does not know the wireless setting for the router

-talktalk does not know any wireless vpn settings

-theres no one in talk talk that can help with this

-she did not asked a manager or a colleague or even assumed she could ask someone with more experience since she clearly did not knew what she was talking about

so I called talk talk customer service to help me with 1 problem, found out there was 2 problems and loads of non sense things said by someone with no experience about their products or knowledge about the company and still ended a call with no solutions at all just more problems.
