Upgraded to FTTC this weekend. Go live date was Friday 23/10 but it happened this (Monday 26/10) morning. The router is connected to the exchange with a very stable 29Mbit/'s down and 7Mbit/'s up however we are receiving no IP or DNS server info and hence no connection onwards from the exchange to the internet.
I have reset the router several times including leaving it off for over 30 minutes but still nothing. Can you make sure the changeover has been fully implented by both yourselves and BT please as I strongly suspect something has been forgotten in the changeover process.
