My fibre broadband been down since Sunday morning. Flashing green ADSL light, red internet light.
I've rebooted, checked the cables and tried a different router but no joy. Router logs showing an authentication error.
Pretty sure it's a wider error as I know a number of other Talk Talk customers in my area having the same issue.
Customer Services and Tech Support seem unaware of any problems in my area.
Well I can tell them that there definitely is.
Are you able to provide any help with this?
I am very close to leaving Talk Talk after very poor service in recent months.
