Big drop in Fibre Large speed

Our broadband speeds have dropped off significantly some time in the last few weeks - we haven't been here much so don't know exactly when.

We were getting 12-15Mb/s download speeds, now 0.7-2.0Mb/s. Line was in sync at 16,000kbit/s and now it's 2,773kbit/s.

Nothing has changed in the house internally. I've tried resetting router etc, and the master socket and wifi setup is optimal so please don't take me down that route!

We did have an issue a few weeks back where the phone line was disconnected - possibly in error by BT Openreach - and it was rectified within 48h. That may have been when this issue started?

Any help much appreciated!

Bob
