Well I ordered broadband large back on the 17th of June, I was told it will be activated that same day, 4 days later and countless calls to talktalk and still not done, it appears that the guys on the phone are completely powerless to get it upgraded even though I am being charged for it. I will cancel if I cannot get broadband large by the end of today I am sick of poor service, not to mention the scam calls I get EVERYDAY!!
Can someone with any an idea of how to do their job at TalkTalk please sort this out.
