Fibre connection painfully slow

Hi, I wonder if someone can please help me.

On Saturday (16th July) morning my otherwise very fast broadband slowed to an almost stop. My rubbish 3G signal on my mobile phone is faster.

I spoke to TalkTalk Support and logged a call with them - INC000013828299 - where the network team said there was a fault on the line which they say Openreach have cleared however the issue is still the same and not resolved.

I logged into my router on Saturday morning and again today and the figures remain the same:

92.4.9.78
Primary DNS Server:

Secondary DNS Server:

Upstream line rate (kbit/s):

Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB):
29.9
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB):
17.3
Upstream interleave depth:

Downstream interleave depth:

Downstream line attenuation (dB):

Can someone please help? I have a "Brght Spark" Engineer coming out on Saturday but am desperate to have this sorted. Could the the network still be at fault? This is the same wired and wireless.

TalkTalk Support were not willing to tell me where the fault in the line was or what Openreach did to clear it. I can see that my synch speeds are excellent but very little data seems to be going through the connection. It feels like half a MB broadband (which I've experienced before!).

Please help...
