Internet keeps disconnecting every 10 min

For the last month my internet has been on/off every 20 min or so

For the last week it's been every 10 min

I phoned up talk talk and they was rather useless! Didn't help me at all and I was on the phone for over an hour! And then ended up putting the phone down on me

Can anyone help me in the right direction to get it sorted?
