Large Fibre Super slow

Hi,

Could an admin please take a look at my line? My speed has dropped to so slow that it making it almost impossible for me to work. I'm getting 1 MEG or something like that. Uploading my work is taking literely 10x longer than it did before.

Using a wired connection into the master socket next to my desk.
