I've been having major broadband issues since the hot weather last Tuesday (19/7/16) with it often dropping altogether or really slowing down (to below the level where Amazon Prime video can send in HD, and was often buffering in SD).
I spoke to the talktalk help people and they assured me the line was OK - since then the line hasn't dropped, but my speed is about 18Mb/s - it was running at about 36 Mb/s earlier this month (a year ago it was consistently at 38!)
I am connected via ethernet from my main PC and the wifi is fine (I can print from wifi connected tablet to wifi connected printer without problem).
Any help would be much appreciated - last time I had issues someone worked some suitable magic and everything was perfect again - a repeat performance would be most welcome.
