About a year ago I reported an issue with my fibre speeds that have halved from 60Mb to around 30Mb. Engineer came and never got it back to 60Mb. All he could get was around 40Mb. I left it like that as it was still satisfactory however I've just done a speedtest and it's even worse. My download speed now is only 18Mb and upload 19.6Mb (these are numbers taken directly from the router's line quality status in Admin panel) - yes upload is higher than download. Also confirmed with Speedtest run on my laptop connected directly to the router via LAN cable.
Another thing is my phone line. Ocassionally when calling home the voice is all distorted so I have to call again. This has been confirmed by a few people who called my landline so the issue must be at my end. Tested with wired phone but no difference.
All this started recently.
Please advise and ideally arrange an engineer visit. This time I hope he doesn't claim that the fault was within premises like he did last time although it wasn't.
