Intermittent sync and serious drop in broadband speed

Hi,

I was advised to start a new thread here after posting in a related discussion here:

I upgraded to fibre broadband about 5 months ago and everything was fine until the start of this month, when I started to get the odd "Intermittent sync" error message and lose connectivity every now and then. This has gradually gotten worse and recurs at random times during the day. My download speed has dropped from over 30 Mbps to only 9. This was the speed I had before I upgraded! As I work from home and rely on being online to earn a living, this is becoming a real problem for me.

 

Can anyone help? I haven't changed any of my internal set-up recently. Everything is the same as it has always been.
