fiber Interleaved

how do i get a bt engineer appointment to have the Interleaved removed has it has been a log time its been haveing trouble geting ipv4 wan ip and its not geting me use my new vdsl2 router modem  tp w9980 as i dont like the super router 

do you still the the bt white box vdsl2 

ps if its not fixed in 1month i will  be looking for new fiber isp
