Since switching to TalkTalk, I've noticed that my speeds are the same as my previous providers (~17mbps downstream), however video's seem to buffer or stop loading on sky go, facebook, iplayer etc.
As this happens on numerous different applications and websites, it would seem the problem is not with the video's servers
This happens on numerous devices (PS4, Laptop and iPhone) so can't be a device fault either.
Any idea what could be the fault?
