Large Fibre Optic Broadband Speed Issues

Hello,

Please forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

I've had broadband set up since Wednesday and was told to expect download speeds of about 74mb/s. However, the actual speed has been mostly hanging around 1mb/s download. I'm aware the expected speeds are an estimate, though since I'm paying for large fibre and only getting broadbrand speeds I'm thinking there is a problem. I've reset the router, but have had no luck there. Is there anything else I can try?
