I have had Superfast Fibre OpticBroadband since 2012 and things are fine. However for the last two weeks, the speed has become much slower. I spent nearly 30 minutes with TalkTalk technical support on the phone but it did not go anywhere. They said let’s wait for one week, but still things do not change. They said I would have to pay if I want an engineer to visit my home to check. This is really frustrating. If I turn off the router for 20 minutes, then the speed would become faster. But after about 12 hours, then things become slow again. Do you think asking TalkTalk for a new router may resolve the problem? Thanks,
