Hi
Our go live date for medium fibre is Monday. WE received the new router yesterday which i have connected we are just upgrading . It has started dropping the connection and wireless signal seems poor. It drops or stalls connection quite often.
I have read about an update for the router, how do i check if i need that doing i don't know where the firmware number is in the routers log in pages.
Are there any other adjustments i can do on settings etc ?
Please treat me as a newbie, i need it spelling out
