I have been on medium fibre package for several years and usually get decent download speeds of 28 to 34 mb but over the last weeks have noticed my speeds have dropped dramatically to just under 17 mb ,this has remained constant over several speed tests.I contacted support via chat over the weekend and went through the online trouble shoot ,but speeds remain low .I notice that Talktalk standard broadband offers up to 17 mb speeds , is it a coincidence that that is the exact speed I am getting ? If this is not the case could a line test be run on my line to see if there is a fault as 17 mb is just not good enough
