I was given the 21st of September for Talk Talk broadband fibre service to be activated, which via the supposed automated, it as in fact being deemed active/live, but unfortunately, from my end atleast - broadband fibre service is not functioning in its entirety. Thus far: I have turned the router off and on again,checked whether the plugs (ethernet-to-the-computer, grey card to the microfilmed, rechecked the given manual, with nil luck of it working. Any aid in resolving such an issue would be greatly appreciated.
