Intermittent Sync Problems

Hi there, 

I've been having intermittent sync problems with my broadband connection since Friday.  My connection keeps dropping and I then get a guide coming up in my browser telling me how to connect my router to the internet. I've followed the advice on your site but it still keeps happening. Can you tell me if its a fault on my line?
