Hi. A month ago we had a BT engineer pit to fix a problem with our connection which had dropped from 37 to 15mb. The problem was found to be outisde of the house, new router, master socket etc had all been tried. We got back upto speed but the same seems to be happening again. Last couple of days we seem to be around 20, peak and none peak times. Not setup changes have been made Thanks Lee
