Area power outage on 5th October. After power restored line parameters improved and sync speed is 20Mbs, throughput 18Mbs (up from 12Mbs in June).
Thru' June to October various modems and 30 minute power cycles applied to no avail.
If any speed issues occur in the future will TT be able to request a line retrain or be met with BTOR's "....within spec" response" ?
