Hi can I some help please  with out line,  we've moved into a new build  home approx 4 months ago,  at the start  it was a bit of a mess up due to curry's but I spoke  to your head office  and they got me what curry's sold us it was fibre large on a 12 month contract with 25 connection fee waved,  so from that point up until  last week  we had 75 meg and 19 up load,  yet last week we had  many times the router cut off so broadband light went red and was off for few seconds  then restart and back to normal ,  but few times this happened  our speed dropped  and dropped  to the point of it dropped to 8.80meg, I spoke online  to your agent's who told me they booked a  engineer  to come out on the 18th between 1 and 6, I've kept a copy of the chat, but then last Sunday had another call from you guys this one said I'm ringing you to sort out out your issue I told them the last perk booked a engineer to only get a reply saying this isn't right he didn't book anything, so he said I can book you one and the same date is coming up at the same time,  so I agreed and I clarified this is for my fibre so you've booked a fibre boost engineer  and got a response if yes,  so 18th came and the bt man turned up,  he said I'm here about your line fault  but this has been booked twice he looked at the router and set up he said there's no issues with the set up to which I replied  shouldn't be as it was your previous engineer  who set up the line who set up our router he did find a problem outside but he said this shouldn't have effected our line, then he said there's no more he can do and he said TalkTalk should have booked a broadband boost engineer  I said I thought you are one as that's what they told me is coming out,  so he reset our line and said if this doesn't fix the problem to get you guys to get a broadband boost engineer out, I've called yesterday  but only to be told that now out of the blue our line speed has permanently dropped and you can only offer me between  32 to 50 meg,  I disagreed and told them about the bt wholesale site as posted and asked for this to be looked at again  I was told I'd get a call back  but this hasn't happened, so talking to a. Neighbour he said he's had the same issues yet he's with BT,  I understand  the builder's are still building  new home and  disturbed a main phone line  last week and  BT wholesale had to repare said line but my neighbour had a broadband boost engineer  come out who got his speed back and sorted his issues out, so we're now left not knowing what's happening  due to no call back and still were getting  only 35 meg so a drop of 40 meg and feeling  like I've been fobbed off,  so can you please explain what's going on and how we can move forward to getting our speed back,  as you can see from the BT wholesale site they still have our speed as it was yet your Indian team state you can no longer receive it, doesn't make sense to me.

Many thanks
