Drop outs needing reconnecting wifi and rebooting router

I have had the fibre broadband for over a year and worked perfectly, until a few months ago. Now I find I have to disconnect and reconnect wifi a few times a day on my laptop. Sometimes that doesn't work and I have to reboot the router to get it to work again. I probably have to reboot the router every other day. Can you check my settings (I see other people have had firmware issues with the routers as well).
