Hi just posting this incase it helps anyone else, upgraded to fibre last week, 24 hours no sync, powered off hg633 for 30 mins and all came up ok. Later started trying to use and the link kept dropping out wouldnt stay up for more than a few minutes if that. After lots of playing around found that if the wired connection in port1 nearest dsl link was active the dsl would go down, moved active connection to port4 furthest away and all seems fine and stable so far. ymmv
