My new super duper fibre broadband went live on Monday 31 October. Connected it up, all up and running ok Monday afternoon, great. Then it all went downhill to the point where I have no Internet connection at all. The broadband light flickers green intermittently but the internet light which started off flickering green, then turned red and now is not lit at all. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting stuff like checking the cables, filters, etc. But it hasn't helped. The broadband light flickers now and again but the internet light doesn't come on at all and I have no Internet connection.
