i noticed this morning that i could not connect to the internet from any of my devices, wired or wireless. I tried rebooting the router but got the same result. i also noticed that most of the lights were lit up ( power - red, internet - red, fibre - green, wlan - green, wps - green, 1 - green, 2 - green, 3 - green, USB - green ). the only lights not lit were ADSL and 4. ports 1,2,3 and usb do not have anything plugged into them, yet the lights remain on constantly.
i checked the ethernet cable by plugging it directly into the openreach box, and i was instantly back on the internet.
The problem appears to be in the router. i could not connect to it to bring up the set-up webpage.
Could you please send a replacement router for further testing ?
