Hi,
Basically just a quick query about a general broadband issue... We have superpowered fiber optic that runs around 55mb down and 10-12mb up, we have an issue where when streaming or playing online games etc(Stream based services) Where the connection will dip causing the stream to stop or a spike in connection lag to the game server. sometimes this can happen every minute or less making streaming/gaming impossible or not at all.
The issue isn't cause by ping(unless the ping is spiking for that split second then returning to normal) I've run tests to multiple services and ping usually stays between 14 - 32 when getting these lag spikes.
The only strange thing I've notices within internet settings is the fact my profile is set to Interleaved, I was under the impression that interleaving was used as a source of error checking over networks that can give negative effects depending on the depth of the interleave(could be wrong, trying to be a clever computer science student.).
We were on the fast profile for two days when I last asked the question a few months ago but almost instantly swithced back to interleaved, is this normal????
Here is a dump from router(Up time is 4 days due to a power cut, before this is was stable for a large number of days.):
