Very slow download speeds

Hello all,

After just over a year of good service, I am now plagued with terrible download speeds on my fibre connection. First call was logged on 31/10/2015 and involved a line check which I was advised showed no issues. After much testing, a full factory reset of the router seemed to reolve the issue, and my poor speeds (+/- 68Mb/s) returned to about 25-30 Mb/s. There were some speed issues on Wednesday which passed, however tonight I am now returning consistent downoad speeds of between 1.5 - 2.5Mb/s although upload speeds are consistent at approx 1.21Mb/s (multiple tests results have been uploaded from supportal-test.co.uk

After much discussion with the helpline again tonight, they are sending me out a replacement router. However since then I have discovered that it I take the router out of the equation, and connect directly to the Openreach modem via an ethernet cable the speeds are still poor (only marginally better than wifi which would be expected), which is suggesting that actually the router itself may not be the root cause.

I have tested with multiple devices (W10 laptop, ipad, android phone, sky +HD) and all are showing poor performance via broadband. The laptop has been connected via wifi to the router/ethernet to the router and ethernet direct to LAN1 on the Openreach modem (ECI Telecom NGA ECI-CPE-MODEMS TYPE 18) and all results are pretty much the same

Here are some ping/tracert results as well that hopefully may be of use
