Have recently been on Talk Talk symple broadband i changed to the fiber service. Change over date was Friday 4/11/2016.
Router was recd on the wednesday 02/11/2016. and all was in place ready for Friday.
Friday moring 8am the standard broadband stopped working, so i connect the new router and went to work.
Today is monday 7th and still no internet. The power light is on but thats it. Im also getting house calls as PARTY calls and im the third person on the line.
What is going on.
