Hi,
I have an HG635 router and have many devices that connect to it, including a few virtual devices with their own IP addresses. I need to ensure that these devices maintain their IP addresses and the DHCP Reservation feature is perfect for that. Obviously I could assign static IPs to each device which would work, but if any of them are powered off for any period of time for any reason, the DHCP server could technically assign those IPs to a new device instead which would obviously be problematic.
Unfortunately the number of devices that you can reserve an IP addreas for is only 8, which is particularly unfortunate for me as I currently have 9 devices who's IP address I need to reserve.
My question is - is it possible to increase this seemingly arbitrary limit? And if not, are there any plans to increase it in a future update (and if so when is the next update due)?
