I have had fibre with TalkTalk for a number of years and have been very happy. However, for the past few years I have been getting 20-22mb without any issues. I noticed last week that the speed had dropped to 9mb - I thought I would leave it just to see if it would resolve itself (I noticed Openreach vans had been working in the street so thought they might be up to something). I noticed today that the speed has dropped to about 5-6mb.
This is across all devices in the house (I have speed tested 2 laptops on wifi and ethernet cable and 2 smartphones and my PS4) just in case it was an issue with my laptop.
Can anyone please tell me what is going on?!
