I'm currently struggling with intermittent packet loss & high latency.
It's hit and miss, sometimes all seems ok then I'll have a 15 minute burst of unusable internet, it doesn't seem linked to anything obvious. Broadband speeds ok but not great.
I've tested whilst physically connected and put through to the master socket test port.
Kind of been putting up with it since I came to talktalk but it's nearly unusable as it's so frequent.
It's quite hard to catch but I've attached a continuous ping whilst it was happening
