Sorry to start yet another topic on this, but didnt want to be unnoticed -
I have recently upgraded to fibre broadband.
The speeds seem to be ok, the majority of the time. This has been tested on a wireless connection, but everyday since the installation of the new router, every morning and evening, and sometimes through out the day, the internet does not work.
I know this to be the case, because when I switch the wifi off and go onto mobile data, the website / app loads up fine.
I have also had several failed recordings on the TV Plus box when trying to record internet channels (such as Comedy Central)
From other posts, it seems that a firmware update may be required.
I am not technically minded, so I would appreciate a step by step guide on how to perform this and any other trouble shooting tips you can offer.
Could you perform relevant tests your end in an attempt to solve this frustrating problem.
